VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: The Sciencenter

Looking for some Family friendly volunteer fun?

The Sciencenter is looking for volunteers to represent the Sciencenter at two upcoming community events, both on Saturday, July 15th:

1. Dragon Boat Festival - the event runs from 10:00am to 4:00pm at the Cayuga Inlet. Volunteers will staff a table featuring an activity for kids and offer information to visitors about the Sciencenter and its programs. We will need four to six volunteers who can be present for two or three hour shifts.

2. Danby Fair - event runs from 12-3pm at the Danby Fire Station. Volunteers will staff a table featuring an activity for kids and offer information to visitors about the Sciencenter and its programs. We will need two volunteers who can be present for three hours.
