A Perfect Night Out: Wine Tasting & a Show

Join [iF] members on Wednesday, August 2 at 7pm for a wine tasting provided by a Cayuga Lake Winery in the Lobby of the Clinton House. At 7:30 enjoy a performance of The Angle of the Sun at the Kitchen Theatre Company. This production takes us on a journey through three decades in Jan’s life. We meet four of her loves, all played by Kitchen Theatre Company Assistant Artistic Director, Jesse Bush. There’s Andy, her first love, who she meets in her freshman year of college in 1966; Carter, a photographer whose southern drawl and fiery spirit turn her world upside down some years later; Seth, a more conventional partner with whom she banters and spars but never really connects, and then Toby, an old friend from college who drops back into her life years later.

After the performance, stay for a talk-back with the playwright/director & actors. Ask questions about their experience, their lives & what brought them to Ithaca & the Kitchen Theatre Company. All of this for just $20. Click here to sign-up http://www.tompkinschamber.org/?t=112&ID=125&m=08&y=2006

Deadline to register is Wednesday, July 26th. For additional information, contact Jodie VanVleet at 272-1313 or jodi@visitithaca.com.
