LAST CALL?!

The bars close at what time? Voice your opinion now!

Residents are joining together with local leaders to extend the closing times for pubs and restaurants within Tompkins County. Many think this will be a healthy and much-needed addition to the downtown atmosphere. Research currently being conducted is showing the possibility that extending the hours of operation will curb most of the unwanted noise in our neighborhoods that are caused by after-hours parties that happen in lieu of these extended hours of operation. County estimates have the extra tax revenue raised to be between $100,000-$200,000 per year.
